A&O Shearman and Greenberg Traurig Advise on Sygnity's Acquisition of Comarch HIS

Allen Overy Shearman Sterling has advised Sygnity on its acquisition of Comarch HIS from CVC Capital Partners-backed Comarch. Greenberg Traurig advised Comarch.

According to A&O Shearman, the transaction supports Sygnity’s strategy to broaden its digital healthcare offering and respond to increasing demand for integrated, patient-centric solutions in the Polish market.
