Drzewiecki Tomaszek, working with Carlara and SKW Schwarz, has advised France-based Rondot International on its acquisition of the LWN Lufttechnik group.
According to Drzewiecki Tomaszek, Rondot develops and supplies advanced solutions for the global glass-container production industry. LWN Lufttechnik operates in Germany and Poland and is known for its cooling technologies used in glass manufacturing facilities worldwide.
The Drzewiecki Tomaszek team included Partner Krzysztof Szczecina, Counsels Marcin Kasprzyk, Pawel Wolak, and Natalia Swiatko, and Junior Associate Polina Fedko.
Drzewiecki Tomaszek could not provide additional information on the matter.
