Greenberg Traurig has advised Fagron on its acquisition of a book of business from Krakow-based Zaklad Farmaceutyczny Amara. PwC Legal advised Zaklad Farmaceutyczny Amara.
The book of business comprises activities focused on the production and supply of pharmaceutical raw materials used in prescription drug compounding.
According to Greenberg Traurig, the transaction supports Fagron’s broader strategy to expand its footprint in fast-developing markets. The Netherlands-based Fagron operates in more than 35 countries and is a global leader in pharmaceutical compounding solutions for hospitals, pharmacies, and clinics.
