Rymarz Zdort Maruta has advised Bank Polska Kasa Opieki on the arrangement of a bond issuance program of up to PLN 50 million for Bank Spoldzielczy Rzemiosla w Krakowie and the inaugural issuance of PLN 50 million in senior non-preferred three-year bonds under the program.

Bank Pekao was the sole arranger and bookrunner.

According to Rymarz Zdort Maruta, the transaction involved the establishment of both senior preferred and senior non-preferred issuance capacities and marks the issuer’s first senior non-preferred bond issuance. The program will support the bank’s long-term funding and regulatory capital planning.

The Rymarz Zdort Maruta team included Partners Zofia Frydrychowicz and Adam Puchalski and Senior Associate Przemyslaw Kopka.
