Greenberg Traurig has advised Rysy Properties Limited on its acquisition of a three-asset logistics portfolio in Poland from a fund managed by Aberdeen.
According to Greenberg Traurig, the portfolio comprises building complexes in Skawina, Brwinow, and Lodz, with a combined gross lettable area of 91,133 square meters. Rysy Properties Limited, a UK real estate investment company founded in 2022, focuses on acquiring and managing income-producing property assets across Europe.
