Bednarz Law has advised Resource Partners on a transaction under which Artgeist, a European producer and distributor of wall decor and interior design solutions, secured a new majority investor.
According to Bednarz Law, the partnership is expected to support Artgeist’s product diversification, accelerate its digital transformation, and back further operational growth.
