Schoenherr has advised Polska Grupa Militarna and its group companies on PLN 250 million financing from Fidera Group.
"The financing package included the subscription by Fidera of newly issued series K shares in Polska Grupa Militarna for a contribution of PLN 100 million, a PLN 30 million loan granted to Zaklady Sprzetu Precyzyjnego Niewiadow, and a direct equity investment of PLN 120 million in EG Polska," the Schoenherr press release informed. "The funds will support the development of advanced ammunition elaboration capacity, including the construction of a new factory with an initial production capacity of 120,000 units of 155 millimeter artillery shells per year, scalable up to 180,000 units annually."
Polska Grupa Militarna is a Warsaw-headquartered company, providing military technologies in Poland and internationally. It offers civil defense drones, dual-use products, military logistics, mines and sapper equipment, caliber ammunition, logistics and transportation, and weapons and ammunition.
The Schoenherr team included Partner Szymon Okon, Counsel Dawid Brudzisz, and Attorney-at-Law Urszula Zleszycka.
