Addleshaw Goddard has advised Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust on the EUR 7.8 million divestment of Arkonska Business Park in Gdansk.
Arkonska Business Park is a two-building office complex with a total lettable area of 11,710 square meters.
"The transaction is part of SERT’s ongoing strategy to streamline its portfolio by reducing exposure to non-core markets and B/C grade office assets, while focusing on logistics, light industrial, and data centers," the Addleshaw Goddard press release stated. "The proceeds from the sale will be reinvested into higher-value strategies, further strengthening SERT’s portfolio and maintaining its disciplined capital structure."
The Addleshaw Goddard team was led by Managing Associate Zuzanna Lipska.
Addleshaw Goddard was unable to disclose further information on the deal.
