Kochanski & Partners has advised Air Products on the sale of its production plant in the Glogow property to KGHM.
"The sale of the Glogow property, where Air Products produced technical gases supplied to the KGHM smelter, is an important step in optimising their portfolio," the Kochanski & Partners press release stated. "This will allow the company to focus on further developing its key areas, including innovative projects relating to carbon capture and low-carbon hydrogen production, which can be a driving force behind the global energy transition."
Air Products specializes in the industrial gas industry, with a presence in 40 countries.
KGHM is a Polish company specializing in the mining and metallurgy sector.
The Kochanski & Partners team included Co-Managing Partner Pawel Cholewinski, Counsel Weronika Duda, and Senior Associate Paulina Majewska.
