Schoenherr advised mBank and Bank Pekao on term and revolving financing provided to Elektromontaz Lublin, a subsidiary of Polish investment company TDJ.
According to Schoenherr, Elektromontaz Lublin, Poland’s second-largest producer of transformer stations, delivers tailor-made power solutions ranging from container transformer stations and MV/LV switchgears to turnkey design, installation, and servicing. In 2024, the company supplied over 500 transformer stations to distribution system operators, leading energy groups, and industrial clients.
