Ellex has advised Valstybes Investicinis Kapitalas on its EUR 25 million four-year bond issue under the updated, state-guaranteed EUR 400 million EMTN program.
Luminor Bank Lithuanian branch acted as the sole distributor.
According to Ellex, the bonds, each with a EUR 1,000 nominal value, carry a 3.119% yield and mature on September 24, 2029. Placed with institutional investors in the Baltics and Nordics, the issue is the first Nasdaq Defense Bonds under the European Defense Bonds Framework, with proceeds earmarked for investment into the Rheinmetall Defence ammunition factory.
