Forgo, Damjanovic & Partners has advised the owners of BioCo on the sale to Ceres Pharma. EY Law Vamosi-Nagy advised Ceres Pharma.

BioCo is a Hungarian vitamins and food supplements producer.

Ceres Pharma is a Belgium-based pharmaceutical group backed by private equity investor Naxicap Partners. 

According to Forgo, Damjanovic & Partners, the acquisition forms part of Ceres Pharma’s continued regional expansion through bolt-on purchases across Central and Eastern Europe.

The Forgo, Damjanovic & Partners team included Senior Partner Zoltan Forgo and Partner Zsofia Fuzi.

The EY Law Vamosi-Nagy team included Partner Ivan Sefer and Attorneys at Law Peter Csonga and Denes Csoba.
