Wolf Theiss has advised Duo Energy on its acquisition of a 24-megawatt solar project in Nyirpazony, eastern Hungary, from Reol Invest, HT Solar PV Holding, and Vitam et Sanguinem. Lendvai and Partners advised the sellers.
According to Wolf Theiss, the deal marks Duo Energy’s first entry into the CEE renewables market and supports the company’s portfolio diversification and regional energy transition goals.
