Walless has advised SW Energia on its sale to the Danpower Group.
The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.
SW Energia is an Estonian district heating company operating across 65 local heating networks. According to Walless, the transaction brings together SW Energia’s local operational expertise with Danpower’s international experience, financial strength, and long-term investment strategy. Following completion of the transaction, the partnership aims to modernize Estonia’s heat supply infrastructure and accelerate the transition toward renewable energy solutions.
