Tegos has advised Havi Global Logistics on the sale of Havi Logistics to Rimi Baltic. Sorainen advised Rimi Baltic.
The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.
Havi Logistics and its Baltic subsidiaries provide warehousing and logistics services, including handling, picking, labelling, sorting, and return logistics.
According to Tegos, under the agreement, Germany-based Havi Global Logistics is selling the Latvian company Havi Logistics SIA, which owns 100% of its subsidiaries Havi Logistics UAB in Lithuania and Havi Logistics OU in Estonia. The parties have also entered into transition services agreements to regulate service provision between group companies following completion, with certain seller-group companies continuing to provide services to the target and its Lithuanian and Estonian subsidiaries, and the target continuing to provide services to certain companies in the seller group.
