HYLT has advised Redon Technology on its acquisition of W2P Engineering.
According to HYLT, W2P Engineering is an Austrian company active in additive manufacturing and digital workflow solutions. Redon is a Turkiye-based manufacturer of dental milling machines with extensive experience in high-quality manufacturing, servicing, and training. The partnership aims to position the combined group as a global player in its niche sector. Redon contributes its manufacturing and servicing capabilities, while W2P brings more than a decade of experience in 3D printing technologies. W2P Engineering will continue to develop and supply equipment focused on quality, usability, sustainability, and profitability, while benefiting from Redon's international reseller, support, and training network.
