Schoenherr and Andersen, working with Kegler Brown Hill + Ritter, have advised Tarmac.IO on the acquisition of Minneapolis-based software engineering company Warecorp and its subsidiaries in Poland and Georgia.
According to Schoenherr, the deal combines Tarmac’s custom software development and data analytics capabilities with Warecorp’s AI and data science expertise, creating a technology services platform with an expanded team of roughly 370 engineers. Warecorp will continue to operate under its brand during the integration.
The Schoenherr team included Partner Katarzyna Solarz-Wlodarska, Counsel Dawid Brudzisz, Senior Attorneys at Law Grzegorz Policht and Pawel Baran, and Associate Krystyna Jakubowska.
The Andersen team included Managing Partner Archil Giorgadze, Partner Tamar Jikia, and Senior Associate Giorgi Tsagareshvili.
