Glatzova & Co has advised the Jan Hotels group on its acquisition of the four-star Pentahotel Prague, located in the Karlin district of the Czech capital.
Acquisition financing was provided by UniCredit Bank.
According to Glatzova & Co, the 227-room hotel has since been rebranded as the Pulse8 Hotel, becoming the sixth property in the Jan Hotels portfolio.
The Glatzova & Co team included Partner Erik Kolan, Counsel Jarmila Tornova, and Attorney at Law Jindrich Pastrnak.
Glatzova & Co could not provide additional information on the matter.
