Dentons Advises Develia on EUR 43 Million Sale of Arkady Wroclawskie to Vastint Poland

Dentons has advised Develia on the final stage of the EUR 42.967 million (approximately PLN 182 million) sale of the Arkady Wroclawskie mixed-use complex in Wroclaw to Vastint Poland, a subsidiary of the international Vastint Group. Legal Kraft reportedly advised Vastint.

Develia is a Poland-based real estate developer.

According to Dentons, Arkady Wrocławskie was commissioned in 2007 and comprised both office and retail elements. The transaction covers the sale of the land along with the multifunctional buildings currently undergoing demolition, marking the final stage in Develia’s divestment from the office and retail segment.
