The Eiffel Group is a French private equity fund focused on the energy transition sector.
According to Norton Rose, the cross-border investment supports BGK’s long-term strategy to foster sustainable infrastructure and capital market development in Poland and across Europe.
The Norton Rose Fulbright team included Warsaw-based Partner Tomasz Rogalski and Counsel Krzysztof Jasinski with further participation of team members in Paris.
