CMS Advises Alpla Group on Strategic Acquisition of KM Packaging

CMS, working with BakerHostetler, has advised the Alpla Group on its acquisition of KM Packaging.

The transaction remains contingent on regulatory approval.

Alpla Group operates in plastic packaging and recycling.

KM Packaging is a closure manufacturer with operations in Germany, Austria, Poland, and the United States.

According to CMS, the transaction is a major boost for Alpla's injection molding division, Alplainject, expanding its product portfolio and enhancing its global production capabilities in closures for tubes, bottles, and jars across the food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical sectors.
