Dentons and EY Law Advise on CZK 24 Billion Financing for CEPS

Dentons has advised Ceska Sporitelna, Ceskoslovenska Obchodni Banka, and Komercni Banka on the CZK 24 billion (approximately EUR 1 billion) financing for CEPS. EY Law advised CEPS.

CEPS is the Czech Republic's electricity transmission system operator. According to Dentons, the financing was structured through a series of bilateral loan agreements and will support CEPS’s strategic investments in the development, reinforcement, and modernization of the electricity transmission system across the Czech Republic. 

The Dentons team included Partner Ondrej Barton, Associate Martin Supak, and Junior Associate Husicka Tomas.

The EY Law team included Partner Ondrej Havranek, Senior Manager Vladimir Petracek, and Senior Associate Jonas Kozak.
