Weinhold Legal and Clifford Chance Advise on Amundi's Acquisition of B&B Hotel in Central Prague

Weinhold Legal has advised Amundi on the acquisition of the B&B Hotel located in Prague's Florenc district. Clifford Chance advised the sellers, Praemia Hospitality.

According to Weinhold Legal, the transaction was carried out on behalf of Amundi Realitni fond KB3, a qualified investors' fund managed by Amundi. The hotel will form part of a broader transformation project aimed at redeveloping the Florenc area into a modern, high-value urban zone. 

The Weinhold Legal team included Partner Martin Lukas, Managing Associate Vaclav Straser, and Senior Associate Lenka Nemeckova.

The Clifford Chance team included Partner Milan Rakosnik, Counsel Petr Sebesta, and Junior Lawyer Simon Pavlas.
