JSK has advised Raiffeisenbank on the refinancing of three fully leased Prague office properties owned by the CIMEX Group, including Vysehrad Garden and Vista House in the Pankrac business district, and Garden Eleven at Kubanske namesti.
According to JSK, Vysehrad Garden comprises approximately 3,900 square meters of offices, Vista House offers about 7,500 square meters across five floors, and Garden Eleven adds nearly 10,000 square meters, bringing the refinanced portfolio to more than 20,000 square meters of office space. CIMEX Group is one of the largest private real estate investors in the Czech Republic, with a portfolio spanning hotels, office buildings, residential assets, and the St. Gabriel Monastery.
