PRK Partners has promoted Daniel Vejsada, Jan Ditrych, Robert Reiss, and Shiyang Zhang to Associate Partners.
According to PRK Partners, Vejsada took over responsibility for a new area of practice called Digitalisation and AI. He has been with the firm since 2012 when he joined as an Associate before becoming an Attorney at Law in 2016.
Ditrych, whose primary areas of focus are capital markets and finance, has been with PRK Partners since 2000 when he joined as a Junior Associate before becoming an Attorney at Law in 2006.
Reiss, who focuses on real estate and project and infrastructure transactions, public procurement, and corporate law, has been with PRK Partners since 2016. He joined as an Associate and became an Attorney at Law in 2019.
Zhang's primary area of focus is the development of the Czech-Chinese relationships for PRK Partners. He joined the firm in 2017 as an Associate and became an Attorney at Law in 2018. Earlier, he worked for Urbasek & Partners as a Junior Lawyer from 2012 to 2017.
