BDV has advised Telegram Media Group on its acquisition of Story.hr. together with Sensa, Storybook, and Roditelji.hr from Mondo Inc Zagreb. Wahl advised the sellers.

Story.hr is a Croatian lifestyle magazine and online portal.
According to BDV, the transaction, which remains subject to merger clearance, will significantly expand Telegram Media Group’s reach across channels, strengthen its position in the events and concerts segment, and broaden its content portfolio.
The BDV team included Partner Laurenz Vuchetich and Associate Nina Dalipi.
The Wahl team included Partner Branko Skerlev and Attorney at Law Ignacija Glavina.
