E+H has advised EcomDATA founder and Managing Director Andreas Bezuh on the partial sale of the Austrian managed hosting provider to Your.Online Group. Wolf Theiss advised the buyer.
According to E+H, founded in 2010 and headquartered in Oberwart, EcomDATA provides managed hosting solutions for e-commerce companies in the DACH region, with a particular focus on hosting environments for JTL-Software ERP and other ERP and shop systems. Following the transaction, EcomDATA is set to join Your.Online’s Performance segment and continue operating independently under Bezuh as founder and indirect shareholder. The transaction also marks Your.Online’s entry into the Austrian market.
Your.Online is a digital services group backed by Strikwerda that focuses on hosting, domain, security, and trust solutions.
