E+H has advised Burgenland Energie on the increase of its shareholding in the Solah Group, with Burgenland Energie subsidiary BE Solution raising its stake to over 45%. Dax Witzlhofer & Partner reportedly advised the Solah Group.
According to E+H, the Solah Group designs and implements photovoltaic systems for private and business customers in Austria, with services spanning consulting and planning through to installation. The transaction increases Burgenland Energie’s participation in the group, consolidating its position as a strategic partner.
