Wolf Theiss, working with Hogan Lovells, has advised Guangzhou Automobile Group on its market entry into Austria and on securing production capabilities with Magna Steyr Fahrzeugtechnik in Graz.
Guangzhou Automobile Group is a China-based automotive manufacturer.
According to Wolf Theiss, Magna Steyr will assemble GAC’s electric vehicles for the European market.
The Wolf Theiss team included Partners Christian Mikosch and Karin Spindler-Simader, Counsels Raphael Valenta, Angela Liu, Elisabeth Poetscher, and Stefanie Orator, and Associate Paul Samonig.
