Baker McKenzie has advised Ion Pacific on its EUR 30 million investment in a continuation vehicle managed by Speedinvest. YPOG reportedly advised on the matter as well.

According to Baker McKenzie, the investment aims at providing liquidity to existing limited partners while maintaining exposure to eight selected technology companies.

The Baker McKenzie team included Vienna-based Partners Claudia Fochtmann-Tischler and Robert Wippel, Counsels Edmund Schuster and Philipp Stanek, and Associates Balint Ozsvar, Sophie Schubert, and Ladislav Bulajcsik as well as further lawyers in Los Angeles and Luxembourg.
